February Sales: Save 10% on retail sized oils selected to help keep you healthy

Ravensara aromatica, our favorite antiviral, Ravintsara (perhaps better for respiratory viruses), Melissa (Lemon Balm), Spanish Oregano, Manuka, Germ Beater and Germbeater spice, KleenHandz, Galangal CO2, most effective for sinus infections, Guava Leaf, a relatively unknown antibacterial, antimicrobial, Eucalyptus radiata, Benchmark Thyme, proven effective against MRSA, Bay Laurel (sometimes called Laurel Leaf), Rosalina (gentle, wonderful for children), Lemon Myrtle, and of course, our Flu Foil blend.

Back in Stock

We had sold out of so many, this list is a mixture of “Back in Stock” favorites and new delights.

AGARWOOD… ethically farmed from Thailand: A new batch of Indian Sandalwood, Sandalwood Tamil 2017 (We only have a little, so no bulk or wholesale ’til the larger shipment arrives, midmonth.) Back again, a new distillation of our beloved Black Sacra Frankincense oil. (and its hydrosol!) A small shipment of Ruh Khus, Wild Indian Vetiver, while we await samples of the new distillation.

CO2s: a long list, some of which have not yet been put online because we have not had time to evaluate and research them. but, online and available for your pleasure: Borage Seed CO2, Caraway Seed CO2, Calendula Total CO2, Carrot Seed CO2 (so much more aromatically pleasant than its distilled counterpart.) More Helio carrot, new Celery Seed CO2… (can an aroma make your mouth water? This one did!), Chia Seed, Cocoa, Coffee, Coriander, Evening Primrose, Indian Frankincense, Galbanum, Hops, Kiwi Seed, Pomegranate Seed, Raspberry Seed, Rose Hip Seed, Seabuckthorn Seed oil, and Turmeric CO2. (We also have samples of some new, to us, CO2s that we will be adding as soon as possible.)

From Thailand, in addition to the Agarwood mentioned above, more Kaffir Lime Rind, more Fingerroot, more Guava Leaf, just in time for our “keep you healthy” sale.

We have restocked our hospital grade Aroma Blanks (inhalers), guaranteed phthalate free. And since we finally have enough inhalers, our new Emotional Trauma Blend has been so well received that we have added it in an anointing oil (carefully adjusting to prevent photosensitization from the Angelica Root) and in an inhaler, to keep in your pocket as need arises. We have also added an inhaler of our respiratory aide, Deep Breath, again for convenience and portability.

New, just for us, SoftHandz soap. We were given a gift, a liquid soap that went on the bathroom sink at work. We loved it, and the crew insisted that we order more. “Well, if it’s that good, shouldn’t we make it available to everyone?” So we did.

Tampa Area Friends

Thursday Feb. 15 from 5 til 7 join Sylla Sheppard-Hanger, Nyssa Rhiannon Hanger, Marge and whoever, at UPWARD SPIRAL, 6718 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa 33610 for visit and talk about the oils, and perhaps some oil sniffing… Perhaps mosey across the street to the Mermaid Tavern for dinner after? Sound like a plan? Some of our Facebook friends have already joined our little group, but I wanted to invite the newsletter readers too. Please let me know via email if you plan on making it. It should be a fun gathering!

Blog Updates

February Quotes

“February is merely as long as is needed to pass the time until March.”
Dr. J. R. Stockton

“Late February, and the air’s so balmy snowdrops and crocuses might be fooled into early blooming. Then, the inevitable blizzard will come, blighting our harbingers of spring, and the numbed yards will go back undercover. In Florida, it’s strawberry season— shortcake, waffles, berries and cream will be penciled on the coffeeshop menus.”
Gail Mazur, The Idea of Florida During a Winter Thaw

(And THAT is why I am going to Tampa!)
