Hello everyone, It’s with no small amount of regret that we must announce the cancellation of Saturday’s Family Farm and Forage Day at Riverside, the Farnsley-Moremen Landing. If you live in the Ohio Valley, you know to expect summertime showers and thunderstorms as almost a daily occurrence. Saturday’s event, thanks to the remnants of Tropical Storm Bill, is a different story. The forecasters are in agreement that what we’ll have on Saturday is an all-day rain. The Other Side of Archaeology – Free Public Archaeology Lab Program at Riverside

Learn about "the other side of archaeology" and get an up-close look at the artifacts that have been found during recent digs at Riverside. Work with archaeologists from the Kentucky Archaeological Survey to wash, identify, sort and study artifacts from the property.
